&lt;li&gt;Mussels (in shell): 300g (cleaned and de-bearded)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Onion or shallot: 1/4 cup (finely chopped)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garlic: 1 clove (minced)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Butter: 15g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dry white wine: 100ml&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fresh parsley (chopped): for garnish&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sauté Aromatics&lt;/strong&gt;: Melt butter in a deep pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until soft.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Add Mussels&lt;/strong&gt;: Turn heat to high and add the cleaned mussels.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Steam&lt;/strong&gt;: Pour in white wine and cover immediately with a lid. Steam for 2–3 minutes until all shells pop open.&lt;/li&gt;
